Introduction

Yuanda SZL series water tube boiler, water membrane walls design & double drums layout "A" Or "D" type structure, equipped with combustion device: chain grate/reciprocating grate.

SZL biomass boiler design capacity in 4ton-50ton. Advantages: High technology, environmental and energy-saving. Large heating surface, make sure enough space for biomass burning, automatic fuel feeding and slag removing system.
1. Cyclone chamber structure, high-temp flue gas through high-speed rotation/mixing combustion/dust separation, achieving dust removal & energy saving & environmental protection.
2. Indenpend wind chamber structure, make air regulation sensitive and make wind uniformly, resolve the wind plug, wind channeled, partial burn phenomenon.
3. Membrane water wall construction, structure advantages of high heat transfer coefficient, good heat transfer effect, low heat loss, good air tightness of furnace wall.

Chain Grate / Reciprocating Grate
Fitted with either a chain grate or reciprocating grate, suitable for various types of solid fuels such as coal, biomass, or wood, ensuring full combustion and stable performance.
Water Softener
A complete water treatment system is included to remove hardness and prevent scale formation, protecting the boiler and improving efficiency.
Dust Collector System
Available with bag filter or marble water film dust collector, effectively removing smoke and dust particles, reducing emissions, and meeting environmental standards.
Economizer for Energy Saving
