2000kg/hour Oil Fired Steam Boiler Containerised Type 

A Client in Kazakhstan installed a 2 ton containerised oil fired steam boiler for an oil recovery system used to separate and recover usable oil from crude oil sludge.

Containerised steam boiler feeds steam into 2-inch heating tubes installed inside the oil tanks, providing indirect heating to reduce crude oil viscosity and improve oil separation efficiency. 

The complete boiler system was integrated into a container, with most components pre-installed and tested in the factory. After delivery, the unit was quickly commissioned and has been operating reliably, supporting efficient oil recovery with reduced on-site installation time.
