Safety Protections In Thermal Oil Boiler System

The system will alarm in the following situations:
1) Low flow alarm
2) Oil supply temperature is too high
3) Oil supply pressure overpressure
4) Exhaust smoke temperature is extremely high
5) High level oil tank
6) High level oil tank low level

In the following situations, flame interlocking occurs (the induced draft fan and blower are stopped):
1) Extremely low liquid level in high oil tank
2) Oil supply temperature is too high
3) Any branch pipe is over-temperature
3) low traffic
4) Exhaust smoke over temperature
4) Oil supply pressure overpressure

In the following situations, the system will interlock (stop all equipment)
The oil supply overtemperature and exhaust smoke overtemperature occur simultaneously.
